Coordinates: Digits X-Y-Z in a pill (read top-down or left-right) indicate that the digit Z can be found in row X, column Y.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit in the first cell in that direction. Some of these clues must be deduced.

Cool puzzle, though scanning cells around the grid was quite a task to follow through. Luckily proper denoting helped me a bit after breaking the puzzle once :)
