- Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Kropki pairs: Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive. Cells connected by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are necessarily given (no negative constraint).
- Entropic lines: Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1,2,3), a middle digit (4,5,6) and a high digit (7,8,9). Digits can repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.
- Restoring order from chaos: If two cells of the same entropic strata (low/mid/high) touch each other orthogonally, they must not be part of the same region. Similarly, each region border within the grid must have two of the same entropic strata (low/mid/high) on both sides in different regions.
