My fifth puzzle, Lost.
Inspired by Chameleon's fantastic Lumos Maxima.
Made possible by Sven's Sudokupad quickly implementing this feature.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the small number in the top left corner. Digits can not repeat within cages.
- Thermo: Digits on thermometers must increase from the bulb end.
Solve it on CTC (Includes solution)
Solution code: Column 1 and column 9 from top to bottom (18 characters, no spaces)

Fun, thank you! I started out thinking the thermometer was an arrow that summed to the circle, so was glad the fog helped me realize my error early on.

For a low level/easy puzzle, I found this quite enjoyable. It was my first foray outside of standard sudoku, and not too difficult to grasp the concepts.

Chameleon's idea was amazing and this puzzle is very fun as well.
Unfortunately you have to be careful not to misclick otherwise you discover the clues anyway

Nice new form of revealing the grid.
On the negative side, I think it telegraphs the solve path right at the beginning.
On the positive side, it was really fun to "clear the fog" as the solving went on.

Great puzzle. As I struggle with most puzzles over 1 star, I felt tutored through the puzzle thanks to the fog following me step by step and pointing me into the next area to focus on.

Thanks Snaques! And yeah, Chameleon's implementation gave you some lives that would disappear if you put in a wrong digit, allowing you only a couple of wrong guesses/mistakes before 'failing', but you're always gonna be able to cheat with puzzles like this I guess.

While certainly fun, the fog could be tricky mechanic to implement in a way that can't be "exploited".

Yeah the fog works well (thanks to Sven), what I meant in the post is that you can theoretically eliminate options from cells very easily by just putting the numbers in and it will become obvious whether your guess is right or wrong, but that takes the fun away. :)

This was incredible, I did some testing before starting, and if you put a wrong number in a cell the fogged cells that covers the cell won't get unfogged. But it is spectacular. Thanks for that Sudoku
