Rules:
- This puzzle is a Nurikabe + Tapa hybrid. In the end grid, the white fields of the Tapa are identical with those of the Nurikabe, and every island contains exactly one Nurikabe clue. The end grid must also satisfy both a classic Nurikabe puzzle, and a classic Tapa puzzle.
- ALL clues in the grid are BOTH valid Nurikabe and valid Tapa clues. If an island's tapa clue has multiple ?s, all the involved ?s must be the same digit, and that digit is also the size of the island. (NOT the sum of the digits!)
- A ? can be any number.
If you are unfamiliar with the standard rules of either genre, you can find them here:
Nurikabe
Tapa
You can solve the puzzle in Penpa+. Answer check is enabled for Light Gray shading of the walls, and Green shading of the islands/tapas.
Solution code: The length of the shaded (wall) segments of the first row, followed by the last row, followed by Column 5. (All left to right and top to bottom)

I loved it! Intriguing concept and a wonderful, logical solution path. The clues being all "?" is intimidating at first but quickly leads to interesting deductions. Thank you for the puzzle!

What an excellent combination !
Couldn't resist but put a few pencil marks in the corners of the clues for the candidates, but definitely removed them one by one to get the intended clean digitless completed puzzle in the end !

Agree with polar, numbers shouldn't be in puzzles tbh. Very nice puzzle, it didn't give away this was your first non-number placement puzzle, so let's just all emphasize that in the comments. Enjoyed it greatly, thanks :D
