Lilypad Series #1 - Lilypads

First entry in the Lilypad Series!
This is my first puzzle! I named this new gimmick after my late dog Lily.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Leapfrog: Cells within a king's move of a lilypad hop directly over it in a straight line until landing in another cell (or off the grid). The lilypad digit determines the distance travelled, and the landing value must differ by that same amount, either more or less.
For example: a 7 next to a lilypad 2 hops across it to the other side (traveling 2 cells) and lands as either a 5 or 9 (±2 to its value).
In the example below: if R3C1 is 4, since R3C2 (lilypad) is a 3, R3C4 can be either a 1 or a 7.

Attempted after getting to grips with the rules on "3 Little Pads" and was great fun to solve!
