Self-Exclusion (6x6 Introductory Puzzle)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
For Killer and Little killer clues, Self-Exclusion rules apply:
- 1.Digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to its total (if given). The digits that form a total cannot appear in that cage.
- 2.Digits along the indicated diagonal(s) must sum to the total (if given).The digits that form a total cannnot appear on that diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonal if allowed by other rules.
- Example: A cage with a sum of 15 cannot contain digits 1 and 5, a diagonal with a sum of 34 cannot contain digits 3 and 4

Interesting rule set and nice flow to the logic

It also took me about 20 minutes. Getting my head around the exclusion logic leading to the break-in was the hardest part. Thereafter, the solution flows very nicely. Thank you for the neat puzzle, AstralSky!
