- Normal Sudoku rules apply (digits 1-9 appear once in each column, row, and box)
- Orthogonally adjacent cells must not contain consecutive numbers
- Cells not separated by an X must not sum to 10 (There are no Xs: no two orthogonally adjacent cells may sum to 10)
try it on f-puzzles (warning: mistakes with the nonconsecutive constraint will be flagged, but mistakes with the 10-sum won't be)
Solution code: row 6 (right to left), then row 5 (left to right) (18 digits, no spaces)

This is realy a nice puzzle for a beginner! So I will give you some hints.
Please remove the label META, there is no meta component in the puzzle.
Please remove the label Trominos, there is no triomino in the puzzle.
You need not mention 'no spaces', because spaces are stripped from the solution code.
