This is the harder of two puzzles with this rule set. Here is a link to the other puzzle. Pigeon Post

Rules:Normal sudoku rules apply.
Pigeon Cage rules apply.
Pigeon Cage Sudoku is a variant of Killar Cage Sudoku. The rules are as follows:
Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
Cage sums are not directly given. Instead, the numbers that make up a cage’s solution tell you information about another cage. The information these numbers provide is another cage’s location and sum. This is true for every cage, which forms a closed loop.
The order in which the cages appear in the loop is determined by the player.
Each cage is 4 cells large, and the 4 numbers that solve the cage represent:
In other words, two of the numbers are coordinates that point to the next cage. The other two numbers indicate the next cage’s sum.
These 4 numbers can be in any order within the cage.
Two of the cages within a loop have numbers in the top left corner. These numbers indicate how many cages are in the loop, followed by the total sum for the loop. These two cages must also be consecutive in the loop. That is, one must point to the other.
In this puzzle, there are two separate pigeon cage loops that do not overlap.

The following example shows how the looping mechanic works.

Disclaimer: This is a repost. The original post had two solves; both of which are individuals I had test the puzzle. Though I have not changed the puzzle itself, I added an example image and changed the phrasing for the rules multiple times, all in an effort to make the puzzle more accessible. These changes had no effect. I hope this was because they came much later after the puzzle had lost its "New" status. Now that I am changing the title, I feel it is appropriate to delete the old post and create a new one.
Thanks for playing!

A challenging, yet beautiful puzzle.
Took some thought upfront, but resulted in some fun logic and deductions.
I'd agree the title is a good nudge in the right direction.
I'd definitely recommend it to others. :)
Thank you so much. It is very satisfying for this to get solves, let alone a positive review.
