Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Whispers: neighbouring digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5
Region sum lines: On every blue line, the digits on that line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through (I've put a cosmetic darker blue line, which is different to the bigger one, to avoid confusion)
