Standard sudoku rules apply.
Digits on an arrow line sum to the number in the corresponding circle. Some arrow circles are given, others are not. Lines are to be determined.
An arrow is either strictly vertical or horizontal. There is only one line per circle and lines may only intersect perpendicularly. Arrow lines do not include their respective circles.
All cells containing arrow lines form a snake — an orthogonally connected, one-cell wide path — with its head and tail indicated by the grey diamonds. The snake may not touch itself orthogonally. The snake may only turn from one line to another on cells that contain both lines.
In short

Cells shaded dark blue are given arrow circles, and cells shaded light blue are arrow circles that have been placed into the grid to finish the snake. Note that the 4 at R4C5 could have an arrow line that extends two cells to the left—but this would be invalid for two reasons: each circle can only have one arrow line that is part of the snake, and the leftward-extending arrow line would include a cell that is not part of the snake.

Solution code: The solution code is 18 digits, no spaces, consisting of Row 6 (from left to right) followed by Column 9 (from top to bottom).

Fascinating puzzle! Interesting how restricted the ruleset is while still leaving room for very clever and rewarding logic. A pleasure to solve, thank you!

Like Wisty, one of my favorite snake puzzles! Very original ruleset that has some beautiful logic built in :)

This concept is brilliant! One of my favorite snake puzzles. The mixture of snake logic and arrow logic is so much fun to figure out, and the solve path is very smooth and it always feels like progress is being made. Such a rewarding finish once you reach the point where the rest of the puzzle collapses too!
