Clues outside the grid show the totals of the digits along the indicated diagonals.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the value in the circle.
The purple lines are Renban lines and contain sets of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.

This puzzle is a great construction. I really quickly got some conclusions but kept on forgetting the implications on other elements in the grid.
The symmetry is very beautiful as is the logic behind it. Thank you, EPH!
