Double Negative
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Double Arrows: The sum of the digits along each line connecting two circles is equal to the sum of the digits in these circles. Digits may repeat on double arrows if allowed by other rules. Negative and/or null sums are allowed.
- Doublers: Nine cells in the grid (one per row, column, and box) are doublers, which count as double their value on double arrows. Each digit appears in exactly one doubler. The given 1 and 3 are in doubler cells.
- Negators: Nine cells in the grid (one per row, column, and box) are negators, which count as negative their value on double arrows. Each digit appears in exactly one negator.
- No doubler may be simultaneously a negator and vice versa.

Excellent puzzle. Clean and interesting logic. Took the recommendation from tesseralis, and glad I did.

wow... this has just got to be one of my favorite Modifier sudokus ever. *This* is how you make a math-based puzzle. A lot of times, calculations can bog down the solve path but this really elevates it. Thank you so much!
