My first attempt, built almost entirely around one single observation. If you see it, it shouldn't be too hard. I think. As a newbie, it's hard to tell. Let me know!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit within the corresponding circle

3 stars is way too high. I think at most 1.5/5 . Not bad first puzzle though
