Here's an attempt in combining arrows and 159 clues. I hope you enjoy this puzzle. The difficulty should be about 1.5/5 stars.

Rules

  • Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 region.
  • The digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.
  • The black dot indicates a ratio of 1:2 between the two digits it touches.
  • Additionally, vertical arrow circles in row N index the row, where the digit N goes in that column. For example if r1c9 was a 7, r7c9 would have to be a 1.
  • Horizontal arrow circles in column N index the column, where the digit N goes in that row. For example if r5c4 was a 7, there would be a 4 in r5c7.
