Normal Sudoku rules apply.
In every 3x3 block, the fields of each color (except for white) contain either all even or all odd figures.
Kropki rules (white dots link cells with consecutive figures, black dots link cells with a ratio of 1:2; not all possible dots are given).

What a mind bender. Maybe I should have chosen different colors for odd/even, rather than using blue/orange, which I normally use to color high/low. Quite a few times I caught my self thinking "Oh this cell is orange, therefore it must be high" wrong, wrong, bad, bad brain :)
