This is my 100th construction! It's a sequel to my previous puzzle "Min Meanie". This one is an inversion of the "mean mini" genre, hence the name "Nasty Normie". (In a mean mini, you're placing six of the digits 1-9 in a 6x6 grid and have to determine which digits are used.) Comments and ratings are much appreciated, and please check out my other puzzles here. Feel free to post a hidden comment below or message me on Discord if you'd like any help! Enjoy!
Rules:
Fill the grid with the digits 1–6. Certain digits appear exactly once in every row, column, and box, while the other digit(s) appear more than once each. (How many times each particular digit appears must be determined.) A purple line contains a set of non-repeating, consecutive digits (in any order). A black dot joins two digits in a 1:2 ratio. All black dots are given.
Solve:
Solution code: Enters the digits in Columns 1 and 7 (18 digits, top to bottom, no spaces)
