2. 159: Digits in red cells are the column index of the red cell's column in that row (e.g. if r2c1 is 3, r2c3 is 1).
3. German whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.

Simple yet aesthetic puzzle with nice symmetry. I like it. Haven't come across any other puzzle yet where the indexing rules are partially applied.
