Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
Arrows: Digits along each arrow sum to their circled digit.
Entropic Lines: along each orange line, digits alternate between low (123), middle (456(, and high (789) such that no line segment of 3 (or less) can have multiple low, medium, or high digits.

Solution code: row 1 from left to right, followed by column 1 from top to bottom

@Bjd: I think, you are already on the right path. If you still have problems, write more what you have done.

mormagli: yes, @Bjd is on the correct path, and it sounds to me that he needs to pencilmark what he has and do a little bit of coloring for the next step.
