Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Anti-king rules apply: no two cells a chess king's move apart can have the same digit.

Battenburg rules apply: In quads marked with a square, no two cells of the same parity can share an edge. There IS a negative constraint: in a quad without a rectangle, there must be some pair of cells sharing an edge that have digits of the same parity.
