Temperamental Triplets

This particular puzzle, a collaboration between me, Raumplaner, and jeremydover is the "hard mode" version of a puzzle "Mercuric Triplets" in the pack, specifically set here for the LMD audience as more of a challenge than the original. We hope you enjoy!
Temperamental Triplets

Rules
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
Global Entropy: In any 2×2 block of cells within the grid there must be at least one low digit (1,2,3), one middle digit (4,5,6), and one high digit (7,8,9).
Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer must strictly increase from bulb to tip. Digits along the thermometer do not have to be consecutive. Links

Great puzzle! Thoroughly enjoying the entire pack from you guys. The global entropy ruleset is really interesting and you learn something new from it for every puzzle, it seems. Thank you!
