Standard sudoku rules apply: each row, column and 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot have a difference of 3.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:3 ratio.
All possible black dots are given. It is not necessarily the case that all white dots are given.

Sorry, chain.reader, I just saw your comment. I think the only point this hinges on is determining that the bottom left black dot cannot have a 3, by seeing what happens in block 9.

Twice I end up with the same bad result ...stuck at impossible deadlock.
Help me out here, I might be having a brainfart... Am I missing anything?:
I'm asuming the 3-ratio digit sets are: 1-3-9 and 2-6
and the 3-diff digits are: 1-4-7, 2-5-8, 3-6-9.
