Black River (Ratio, Anti-XV)

After Czarne Kropki and Blackjack this is the third puzzle in the series with a negative ratio contraint.

Normal Sudoku rules.
Ratio
Cells connected by a black dot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio. All black dots are given.
Anti-XV
Digits in orthogonally adjacent cells may not sum to 5 or 10.

Very nice and satisfying. I made a stupid assumption in my first go regarding the black dot in box 2 column 3 which got me a nice conflict. Restart and everything went smoothly! Thank you very much!

After playing through all of the Colorado puzzles, this was a really fun twist with it. Felt like a new, fresh twist on the coloring meta. Super fun! Thanks again for putting this together
