This puzzle is strongly inspired by Agent's implementation of Yin Yang rules into sudoku in Antithesis.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Yin Yang: Shade some cells in the grid such that all shaded cell form an orthogonally connected region, all unshaded cells form an orthogonally connected region, and no 2x2 region is entire shaded or unshaded.
Region Sum Lines: Along a blue line digits must have the same sum in each 3x3 box the line passes through. Digits in shaded cells must be treated as negative; but, no line may sum to a negative number.
