- Cells separated by an X must sum to 10.
- The sum of the cells forming Consecutive Pairs in each region less their region number is equal for regions 4 and 6.

Nice idea but it seens to me that rule 4 was only introduced after the fact to force a unique solution, otherwise there would be 2 solutions.
Also seems more like a 2 star difficulty.
