Sum (addition) of the numbers along a line is equal to either the product (multiplication) or sum (addition) of the numbers on the two circled ends of the line.

Does the line in the lower left corner pass through the middle circle?

Numbers on a line are summed total within exactly two circles. Once you reach a circle via a line, you reach an end point of the line. The circle in R9C1 is an end point of three separate lines.
