1. Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
2. There are four colored regions. Sum up the numbers in each region and compare that value. The circled cells are comprised of only the numbers from the region that gets the highest value.
3.There is only one highest value. For example, region A = [2289], region B =[3467] region C = [1678] ,region D =[3557] region C sum up to 22,higher than 21 for A and 20 for B and D, then only the numbers from region C, which are 1 6 7 and 8, can enter the circled cells.
