Oil Spill (Palindromic Double Arrows)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the digits along each line is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles at either end of the line. Digits may repeat along lines if allowed by other rules.
The grey lines (including the attached circles) are palindromes and read the same from either direction.
The grey squares are even.
Playable with F-Puzzles or CTC (SudokuPad).
Solution code: Column 2 followed by column 4. (18 digits no spaces.)

Nice combination of double arrows and palindromes. I do however, respectfully disagree with the last comment; I think the difficulty rating is right where it needs to be. Fair and fun deductions, but not a pushover. Nice setting, fun solve.

Great puzzle, definitely much easier than 3/5 in my opinion though!
