Normal sudoku rules apply.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit in the first cell in that direction.
German Whispers: Digits connected by a green German Whispers line must have a difference of at least 5.
Solve online:
Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 5 (18 digits, no spaces).

Really nice puzzle! Whispers puzzles can overwhelm me sometimes but I think they work the best in puzzles like this where they cleanly interact with sudoku logic, and numbered rooms is a great indexing variant that is flexible and motivating!
