Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally:
Ratio pairs: cells connected by black dots contain digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Anti XV: orthogonally adjacent cells cannot sum to 5 or 10.

Did a lot of pencilling and coloring, but cracking this one was a lot of fun! The anti XV constraint did a lot of work at the end, I just loved how that interacted with all the ratio pairs.
