The puzzle was nice, but I really struggled with understanding exactly what the rules about the palindrome/thermo lines meant. I agree that the information given is enough, but I just wasn't sure I interpreted it correctly.
If anyone else needs clarification (without just being given the answer):
Every line has at least one bulb.
Every bulb is a thermo starting point for every line segment leading away from it. (If the bulb is on the end point, only one segment. If the bulb is anywhere else, one in each direction.)
Every sequence of digits going away from a bulb must continue strictly increasing until the line completely ends in that direction.

I've been staring at this for 15 minutes and I don't understand the rules at all. Can the bulb appear anywhere on the line? Is this legal: 15951? What about 51915?

I enjoyed it. I didn't find it too hard when I figured out the break in, but I wasn't expecting it.
FWIW, I read it as bulb singular meaning that it must be in the middle
