Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Global (Dutch) Whispers rules apply: Each cell is orthogonally adjacent to at least one cell whose digit has a difference of at least 4 with the digit in the original cell.
159 rules: Each digit in column 1 indicates the position of the 1 in the same row, counting from the left. The same is true of columns 5 and 9 for the digits 5 and 9, respectively.
Solution code: Row 6 followed by column 4 (18 digits, left to right, top to bottom, no spaces/commas).

Very cool setup! Excellent combination of the constraints, both were used throughout the solve.

Those two constraints do play really well together (no surprise once you think about it). I'm usually not very good at indexing puzzles, but this one flowed quite nicely for me. Many thanks!
