Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. On green lines, adjacent digits must differ by at least 5.
3. Each purple line must contain a set of consecutive digits.
4. Along blue lines, digits must have an equal sum within each region it passes through.
5. Digits separated by a 'V' must sum to 5.
Puzzle:
Solution code: Columns 1 and 2, from top to bottom. Write down as an 18-digit number, starting with column 1.

I got stuck a bit in the second half, but anyway great puzzle!
