Regions and Arrows / Regionen und Pfeile

Normal sudoku rules apply. There are four extra regions: each forms a complete set of the digits 1-9. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Neighboring digits marked with V sum to 5. Neighboring digits marked with X sum to 10. Not all Vs or Xs are given. I think this puzzle is 2 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers.
