Whispers: neighbouring digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5
Renban: purple lines must contain a set of consecutive non-repeating digits
Thermo: digits on a thermo must increase from the bulb
Arrow: digits on an arrow must sum to the attached circle

Good one. No guessing required.
For me right before the ... point of collapse... I had quite a few colors/pencilmarks (with hi/lo pencilmarks in them) and was a bit stuck, but what brought it down was me pondering if "that group can be high digits" ( it couldn't)

This was a ton of fun. I spun my wheels for way too long before realizing I was missing a very simple deduction... Then the whole thing fell apart. Thanks for sharing!!

Super interesting construction. I had a spreadsheet open where I worked through a couple of the possibilities until some of the intricacies of the puzzle became clear. Thanks for putting this together! Satisfying resolution

After being stuck for a long time, I made a guess hoping to lead to a contradiction, but instead it completely solved the puzzle! Unsatisfied, I went back to the point where I guessed and finally spotted the line of the logic that would have forced my guess in the first place. So all of the pieces are there, just maybe not in the right order :)
Great puzzle Perladel, but closer to a 4/5 difficulty at least from my experience.
