Good one!
Always fun to solve one of these, although you don't see them often.
I liked the arrows pointing in a series particularly nice as opening; they can be very powerful.
A few years ago we had one of this type in the play-offs of our national championship that relied heavily on those chains. If anyone is hungry after this one and interested in more, you can find it here: https://www.wcpn.nl/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/WCPN-Sudoku-Championships-2017-Semifinal.pdf

This was a very nice puzzle. When I found all the values for the arrows I was sad, I wanted to continue!

I liked the ruleset, it took a while to click, but it was very fun!

Nice!
After solving quite some puzzles with consecutive constraints recently, this felt familiar but fresh nonetheless.
I searched for more Point to Next Sudokus on logic masters... seems this constraint got invented here by Richard: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Raetsel/zeigen.php?id=0002ED
