Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally:
1. German whispers: digits along green lines must differ from their neighbor on the line by at least five.
2. Kropki pairs: cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio; cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
