First Hidden Skyscraper Killer Sudoku
(Published on 5. August 2022, 04:01 by Nell Gwyn)
- Normal sudoku rules apply within the central 9x9 area (every row, column and box must contain all the digits 1 to 9 once each).
- Cages sum to the number in the corner. Digits cannot repeat within a cage (even if the cage extends outside the main 9x9 area).
- Each number in the 9x9 grid represents the "height" of a building, and taller buildings block the view of smaller buildings.
- However, unlike normal Skyscraper rules: Digits outside the 9x9 grid indicate the first building that cannot be "seen" when looking from that direction at the indicated row or column. (for example: if a row were 234175986, the clue on the left side of that row would be 1, and the clue on the right side would be 5)

3 stars is appropriate. Very enjoyable, and generally a good introduction to the Hidden Skyscraper idea.
