Hailstorm (X-Arrows)

Following on from my X-Arrows Pack, here's a 9x9 version with some extra 1s thrown in for good measure!
- Digits 1-8 are to be placed, so that no digit repeats in any row, column, or region, except for the digit 1 which appears exactly twice in each row, column, and region.
- Digits along arrow lines sum to the corresponding circled digit.
- Outside arrows indicate X-Arrows, where the first seen digit in the corresponding diagonal is the length (of at least 2, including the bulb) and bulb of a straight arrow in the indicated direction.
