Lego House (Arrows, Cages, and Abstract 3x3's)

Digits on an arrow sum to the attached circle. (Digits can repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.)
Digits within a cage sum to the small number in the corner. (Digits CAN'T repeat within cages.)
This puzzle is solved in two stages:
1) Normal 9x9 sudoku rules DON'T APPLY.
Each 3x3 box within the grid will be independently solved as an abstract 3x3: three digits need to be placed in each row and column once each. It's up to the solver to determine which three digits they are. (Valid digits are from the range 1-9 and are the same for each row/column)
(Some digits from this step will be used for the solution code)
2) Erase all digits within the grid whose box number DOES NOT match their row number (for example, you'll KEEP the digits in r4c123 within box 4).
Then solve as a regular killer arrow sudoku using the remaining numbers as givens.
Normal sudoku rules will apply at this point.

Really nice setup of the puzzle, lot of fun to solve while still being pretty easy. Nearly closed it after I saw the many clues after opening but I am glad I sticked to it :) Thanks a lot for this construction!

Found this through the newer V2 puzzle and was just as good as expected. I love these multi phase puzzles.

Incredible construction ! The first part in itself is a very nice pack of small puzzles with cool logic in each of them. The second part is straightforward, but a miraculous construction nonetheless !

Fun puzzle, and a nice idea - more of the like would be very welcome! I think a 2/5 difficulty for this one is a bit high though, the first part was a little bit tricky in some boxes, but not that hard either, and the second part was basically just filling in the digits. I would rate it 1/5 difficulty overall.
