Brothers Grimm #10: Rapunzel

A german whisper sudoku based on the German fairytale of Rapunzel.

Rules:

1. Normal classic rules apply

2. Lines form German whispers. Adjacent digits on the german whisper lines have to be at least 5 apart.

3. Circles of the same color are surrounded by the same 4 digits.

4. Black kropki dots mean the cells have a 2:1 ratio

5. Greater Than symbols show the greater of two cells.

the story:

Rapunzel's parents lived next to a witch, and upon being caught stealing from the witches garden, they had to leave Rapunzel with her. She was put in a large tower without a door, the only way in or out was by climbing Rapunzel's long hair. One day the prince found the tower, and climbed up. The witch did not find out at first, until Rapunzel accidentally mentioned the prince to her. she then cut off rapunzel's hair, waited for the prince to climb up, and then pushed him from the window.

I guess I’m getting better. Failed at this puzzle several times a few months back; finally solved it today. Very satisfying—enough to make me need to really think it through, but never to the point I got frustrated.

I have a question regarding Rule 3.
Do the numbers between same colored circels have to reapeat in exactly the same order or in any order? e.g. if top left of the one red circle is a 1 the top left of the other red circle has to be 1 too?
