Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Anti-Knight: Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Arrows: Digits along the arrow add to the number in the arrows circle.
Killer: The digits in the cage add to 4.
The central digit in each box must be a multiple, a divisor or the same as the central digit of all orthogonally or diagonally adjacent boxes.
E.g. if r8c2 was a 3, then a 1 in r5c2, a 3 in r5c5 and a 6 in r8c5 would be a valid way to fill the adjacent central squares.
Solution code: Row 1 in the Sudoku.

Ah those knights and centers! Took me a long time to see and figure it out. Hopefully i remember this deduction for similar puzzle in future. Thank you @nahileon.
