Pipe Down - Chaos Construction Whispers Sudoku

Apply chaos construction sudoku rules: place the digits 1-9 without repeats in each row, column, and 9 deduced regions of 9 orthogonally connected cells. Clues outside the grid indicate the first N cells pointing in that direction are in the same region - followed by a region border - where N is the first digit seen by the clue. Digits along green lines have a minimum difference of 5.
