Love Trap

This puzzle is a shikaku-sudoku hybrid inspired by Qodec's
Ship's Wheel.
Here is an example to illustrate the hybrid ruleset:
The rules for the main puzzle are as follows:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Shikaku Rules: Divide the whole grid into non-overlapping rectangular regions such that each region contains only one circle and each circle is contained in only one region. A square can be a rectangular region. Every cell of the grid is a part of a region. The digit in a circle indicates the number of cells in the corresponding rectangular region. All such circles are given.
- Orthogonally adjacent cells separated by a black dot are in the ratio 1:2. Diagonally adjacent cells separated by a black dot are in the ratio 1:2 only for the circled digits. All black dots are NOT given.
- Numbers in the cage must sum to the given total in the top left corner of the cage.
