What A Pane

What A Pane

This is a variant sudoku puzzle.

Rules:

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.

2. Digits connected by a knight’s move in chess may not contain the same digits.

3. Digits may not repeat within a cage.

4. Numbers in a circle must appear exactly once in the cells surrounding it.

If you want a challenge try the puzzle without the 18 clue between boxes 1, 2, 4, and 5. Both ways lead to the same solution, however, that was discovered accidentally and was not the intended way that I meant this puzzle to be solved.

Thank you to DiMono for testing this puzzle, and initially the harder version! Your feedback was very much appreciated!

For me it actually got harder in the middle than at the start, which made for a nice puzzle that gave me a challenge but didn't fry my brain just before bed.
