1) Normal 6x6 rules apply to each grid. Place the digits 1-6 into each cell of each grid so that each digit appears once in each row/column/box.
2) Normal rules for white/black dots, XVs, arrows, renban, German Whispers, and killer cages also apply. There are no negative constraints of any kind
Note that German Whispers in this puzzle require a difference of at least 5, like in a 9x9 Grid.
3) Additionally, in each grid, one cell in every row, column, and box contains a doubler. For purposes of clues, a cell with a doubler counts for twice its value.
4) No two of these six puzzles contain doublers in the same cell.
Some examples with doublers: a 2 cell 8 killer cage could contain a 4 and a 2 with a doubler or a renban could contain a 3, a 3 with a doubler, a 4 and a 5.
Answer check should work, and checks only that all digits are entered correctly

Solution code: The four corner entries of the first grid, top to bottom left to right. Followed by the four corners of the second grid, and so on, through the last grid.

Very nice and smooth puzzle (4 stars imo) apart from a bit in the kropki grid, I had to bifurcate to disprove an option. Is there a nicer way to disprove this ?
[Good catch! When I set this puzzle, I made an error in box 5 of the kropki grid. When it was tested/streamed, many made the same error. The first person to point this out to me was KNT. So sorry about that, you're totally right. Sorry for the inconvenience! -z]

The term "vignettes" undersells these somewhat I think - they are more than enough to sink one's teeth into. A very enjoyable diversion from the day job - thanks. (Agree with kjholt about the solution code.)

Wow, amazing puzzle ! This one took me a few hours, but I knew it would be worth it coming from you. It was so full of enjoyable moments that I really felt a little nostalgic when I finally finished it, like when you don't want to come home after a long journey. Thanks for this beautiful ride !

This is my first puzzle on the site (have solved some of yours through Cracking the Cryptic) and I loved it. I had an issue with the solution code though; the instructions should really say "left to right top to bottom" so that confused me for a bit.
