- Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Colored Squares
- Every like-colored square contains the same digit.
Each color holds a different digit than is held by all other colors.
- Green: R3C8, R9C2
- Red: R2C5, R6C7, R8C1
- Blue: R2C6, R5C9
- Lavender: R1C4
- Lime: R4C3, R7C6
- Pink: R3C3, R4C6
- Magenta: R5C6, R7C8
- Gold: R1C5, R4C9, R8C2
- German Whispers:
- German Whispers lines (unshown) connect every colored cell to at least one orthogonally or diagonally immediately-adjacent colored cell; the digits in these adjacent colored cells have a difference of 5 or more. (German Whispers lines do not visit uncolored cells.)
- Inequality:
- The digits on either side of a less-than or greater-than symbol satisfy the given relationship.

I would suggest to use letters instead of colors for the different digits.
In the current version in ctc app i dont have the same colors and coloring over an already colored cell yields a slighty different color which makes it hard to differentiate. Additionally it lets you keep track of the cells containing the german whispers.

manushand: Thanks very much for the solve and the suggestion, @Schwupel; I will look into adding letters. Since the name of the puzzle series is "Number by Paint", though, perhaps I should (also) make a separate version of the puzzle in CTC, using its colors (rather than exporting the f-puzzles puzzle to CTC with its slightly different colors).

Nice puzzle, although in the end I could not figure out which color was 7 and which was 8.

Es wurde klargestellt, dass German Whispers Zeilen diagonal sein können; sie sind nicht auf orthogonal beschränkt. (Clarified that German Whispers lines may be diagonal; they are not limited to orthogonal.)
