Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits outside the grid need not obey the rules of sudoku, but must be valid according to the other constraints described below.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit in the first cell in that direction. Some of these clues must be deduced.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the associated circle, and may repeat if allowed by the other constraints.
