- Every digit from 1 to 9 appears once in every row, column, and region. 9 regions are to be determined. Every region is a set of 9 orthogonally connected cells.
- Every arrow indicates X-Thermometers, where X is the first seen digit, which is also a thermometer bulb. The thermometer is of length X, which is straight, and self-contained within a region. Any digit seen immediately after the tip of the thermometer is found in a different region.
- Every arrow also indicates X-Regions, where X is the first seen digit, indicating the total number of region segments seen in the respective row, column, or diagonal. The same region can be counted multiple times if it leaves and returns to the line of vision.

Thank you very much for this puzzles. Some hard region logic towards the middle, and a difficult irregular sudoku in the end. Beautifully set! One of my favorite Chaos Construction puzzles so far.

Phew... this one took me a while !! The region construction logic in the midsolve was really hard, unless I missed something subtle that would have made it easier. But i think i got the right logic. Also, that given 8 helped a lot at several stages, that must have been fun to discover during setting. I think it is one of your best if not the best of your CC puzzles. Thanks++ again !

this puzzle was the first 5-star I've ever managed to finish (in excess of 5 hours). Regardless, really fun and enjoyable

Another brutal sudoku finish - though in the end I did realize I'd missed something.

Great minimalistic construction! It was also very hard, especially when most clues were already used. It almost took me 2 hours in total.

Wow, really interesting puzzle with a seemingly minimal amount of clues. I actually struggled with the mid phase the most but the whole puzzle was rewarding nonetheless :)
