Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along a between line must be strictly between the digits on the circled ends of the line. The digits on the line can be in any order, and may repeat when allowed by the other rules. Digits in a cage must sum to the little number in the upper left, and may not repeat in the cage. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. Neighboring digits marked with a black Kropki dot have a 2 to 1 ratio. Not all dots are given. I think this puzzle is 2 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome!

I really enjoyed how that unwound at the end. I think this was 2* difficulty if you round up.
** Thanks for the solve!
