Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow sudoku: Digits along an arrow add to the digit in the circle at the arrow's base.
In this puzzle, no two arrows may contain the exact same digits. Two arrows may have the same sum, but the digits making up that sum must then be different.
